Buyers Walking Into Resort Brokers Office

Walk in This is great news.  This week we have seen an increase in what we call in real estate offices "walk ins" - people who walk right into the office to buy or sell.  We are seeing more buyers walk in.  Yesterday a gentleman and his family walked in and said, " We want to buy a home around 4,000 sq. ft. for around $1.2 mil."  And our Realtor said, "Great!"

This could be the start of a trend.  If it becomes a trend I'll let you know and you'll be able to say, "I heard it first from Daniel Webster Johnson."
